Founder & Managing Director
Ervin Kua founded Easmed in 2006 with a clear and enduring belief: that the strength of a company lies in its people. From the very beginning, he focused on grooming committed and capable individuals, empowering them to build a company dedicated to advancing healthcare across the region.
At the core of Ervin’s vision is a strong commitment to positioning Easmed as a partner of choice for both medical professionals and patients—working together to raise standards of care. This philosophy is reflected in the company’s carefully curated portfolio of innovative and minimally invasive medical technologies, introduced progressively under his leadership.
With over 30 years of experience in the medical field, spanning both pharmaceutical and medical device industries, Ervin brings deep industry insight and entrepreneurial drive. Although Easmed operates as a distributor, Ervin has consistently championed a differentiated model—one that goes beyond product supply. He emphasizes innovation adoption, physician education, and clinical partnership, with the company actively organizing and participating in workshops, conferences, and training programs to elevate clinical practice and patient outcomes.
Through resilience and strategic foresight, Ervin has successfully led Easmed through multiple growth phases. Under his leadership, the company expanded from a startup with $500,000 in revenue and 5 employees to a regional organization generating over $25 million in revenue with 150 employees.
In addition to scaling Easmed, Ervin has also successfully spun off complementary businesses to strengthen the broader healthcare ecosystem. These include Viscoy Pte Ltd, focused on visualisation technologies, and The Air Station, a dedicated sleep health platform that extends Easmed’s impact beyond devices into patient engagement, diagnostics, therapy support, and long-term care.
Together, these ventures reflect Ervin’s broader vision: to move beyond products and build integrated healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and elevate standards of care across the region.
Group Director
Yvonne Loo is the Group Director of Easmed, where she leads regional strategy, growth, and partnerships across Southeast Asia. She is responsible for driving the company’s expansion while ensuring strong leadership continuity through deliberate people development and succession planning.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Yvonne believes that innovation alone is not enough—it must be supported by education, collaboration, and trust to create meaningful and sustainable impact. This philosophy led to the creation of Easmed Academy, a platform dedicated to advancing healthcare beyond products through clinical education, capability building, and knowledge exchange.
Under her leadership, Easmed has evolved from a traditional distributor into a regional partner in healthcare transformation—committed to raising standards of care through both innovation and education. She is particularly passionate about bridging gaps across the healthcare ecosystem, connecting clinical needs, system priorities, and industry capabilities to deliver better outcomes for patients.
In addition, Yvonne leads Easmed’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts, driving initiatives that extend the company’s impact beyond business performance. Her focus includes advancing healthcare accessibility, supporting community health programs, strengthening ethical governance, and fostering long-term sustainability through responsible partnerships and operations.
Beyond her corporate role, Yvonne is actively engaged in community and public health initiatives. She serves as a council member of the Singapore Red Cross, contributing to efforts in strengthening community resilience and healthcare support systems. She is also the Honorary Secretary of the Rotary Club of Singapore Sports and Arts.
At a personal level, Yvonne is a mother to twin daughters and values balance, purpose, and continuous growth. She believes leadership is ultimately about developing people, building trust, and creating impact that extends beyond the business.
