The Lowenstein Prisma 25ST is a high-performance Bi-Level ST device designed for patients with complex respiratory conditions such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Central Sleep Apnea (CSA), Hypoventilation Syndromes, Neuromuscular Disorders, Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome (OHS) and obstructive, mixed or complex sleep apnea with comorbidities. Unlike CPAP devices, the Bilevel offers two different pressures, one level during inhalation and one during exhalation. Equipped with automatic backup frequency, apnea differentiation by FOT (Lowenstein’s unique Forced Oscillation Technique), and many process and comfort supporting features, the Prisma 25ST provides reliable, effective, and whisper-quiet therapy.
