AcuPulse 30/40 ST
The foundation to precise CO₂ Laser surgery

AcuPulse 30/40 ST system is designed to transmit the CO₂ Laser energy via an articulated arm. This system allows you to leverage on the clear benefits of the CO₂ Laser technology all the way to the desired clinical outcome. Create your own matrix for desired tissue interaction by utilizing the systems’ wide range of parameters, different lasing modes, and beam exposure times.

The AcuPulse 30/40 ST is an upgradeable platform that can help you address a wide range of clinical challenges in the operating sphere. All AcuPulse laser systems feature SuperPulse, Pulser and Continuous Wave (CW) laser modes for low, moderate and higher thermal effects on tissue. The AcuPulse 30/40 ST systems are compatible with a variety of microscopes models and are fully compatible with all Lumenis free beam accessories including the Digital AcuBlade scanning Micromanipulator.

Clinical Indications
The adaptability of the AcuPulse platform allows you to address a broad range of clinical indications in the operating room and in the outpatient environment. Lumenis provides you with a full suite of CO₂ FreeBeam accessories that are designated to precisely target the desired line-of-sight anatomy and to address delicate clinical indications related to Head and Neck, Otology, Gynecology, and general surgery pathologies.

AcuPulse 30/40 ST Unique Features

  • Three power and time exposure modes that enable customized energy delivery for optimal tissue management:
    • CW – Steady, continuous beam of energy. Optimal for when coagulation is desirable
    • PULSER – Constant frequency with variable pulse length yields the desired average power
    • SUPER PULSE – Continuous series of short duration, high peak power pulses. Optimal for char free outcome
  • Advanced, electronically controlled air management system.
  • Embedded procedure and assembly videos in the user interface.
  • 99 memories can be integrated and saved on the system for varied users.

CO₂ Free Beam accessories are uniquely compliant with Lumenis free-beam surgical CO₂ laser models that direct the laser energy through an articulated arm: UltraPulse DUO, UltraPulse, AcuPulse DUO, and AcuPulse.

AcuPulse DUO
The versatility to choose the right treatment for your patient

AcuPulse DUO CO₂ laser, a unique combination of CO₂ laser fiber and free beam energy delivery in a single device. With the ability to utilize the two valuable modalities on the same Laser console there is no need to compromise. Maximal versatility is provided to choose the exact parameters and seamlessly alternate between the delivery modes and gain the desired laser-tissue interaction. The precision of the Digital AcuBlade alongside the flexibility of the fiber allows you to address surgical challenges and to treat valuable anatomy with extra delicacy, resulting in virtually char free margins and minimal thermal necrosis.

Dependable and flexible CO₂ Laser fiber enabling easy access to difficult to reach areas thus providing you with more delicate treatment options. This handheld Fiber, that includes valuable aiming beam, is easily adopted in the surgical sphere and demonstrates a short learning curve.

The Free Beam CO₂ Laser is delivered via designated surgical tools such as the Digital AcuBlade Micromanipulator with SurgiTouch scanner. Those deliver laser energy inside a user-defined geometric shape. The rapid motion of the scanner takes the energy delivery and the entire operation to its highest precision level.

Clinical Indications

The versatility of the DUO module extends your surgical capabilities and allows you to address a broad range of clinical indications in the operating room and in the outpatient environment. Lumenis provides you with a full suite of CO₂ laser fiber and free beam surgical tools that are designated to precisely and delicately address clinical indications related to Head and Neck, Otology, Gynaecology and general surgery pathologies.

Lumenis UltraPulse DUO CO₂ Surgical Laser

UltraPulse

UltraPulse® DUO CO₂ Surgical Laser
Achieve the Master’s Touch
When it comes to precision and high-end performance, UltraPulse CO₂ surgical laser is the ultimate solution. Now, Lumenis brings to you the UltraPulse DUO, a CO₂ laser system that caters to physicians and surgical centers who demand excellence from themselves and their laser system. The UltraPulse DUO was meticulously developed with physicians and based on decades of accumulated experience and the Lumenis innovative approach, to meet a growing number of clinical challenges today.

The UltraPulse DUO system is designed to deliver CO₂ laser energy via an articulated arm or through a Lumenis CO₂ laser fiber. With UltraPulse DUO you don’t have to compromise – you can have the precision you desire as well as access to hard-to-reach anatomies.

UltraPulse DUO is an advanced computer-controlled, user-friendly CO₂ pulsed laser platform. It is based on a patented sealed-off CO₂ laser tube providing up to 60 Watts of power. It can generate a continuous series of short-period, high-peak-power pulses. During the high peak power, the laser energy is delivered very rapidly resulting in vaporization of the targeted tissue without the creation of collateral injury.

The Lasing modes (UP and CW) can be alternated according to the desired tissue interaction while the three exposure modes (Repeat, Single & continuous) will allow comprehensive timed-controlled energy delivery.

The Lumenis UltraPulse DUO is the CO₂ surgical laser system that allows surgeons to achieve the Master’s Touch.

Clinical Indications
